Effortless Marketing Customer Journey
“We pride ourselves on the success and loyalty of our clients and take a multi step approach to making sure we see online success happen for them.”
How do we work with you?
- Where are you now and where do you want to be in the future?
Once you’ve decided to seek our assistance with your online marketing, we look at your current situation in terms of your digital presence, how your business is currently doing financially, and how many customers you are acquiring daily, weekly, or monthly (depending on the nature of your business).
After taking this 360 ° snapshot of your company, we then discuss your goals – on where you want to be in the future and set out steps to get you there.
- Your shop window – your website
When we know where you are and where you want to go, we put together a marketing plan. Most businesses require a good and functional website to start with. Making sure you have a high quality, responsive website is the foundation to your entire digital online presence. Even though almost all businesses already have a website, not all have a mobile responsive website designed well enough for the users and Google search bots at the same time.
- Help your prospects find you online
The next step in your digital marketing journey is on-page SEO, followed by basic and then eventually more complex off-page SEO. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and allows Internet users to find your business online, in other words making your website visible for potential customers.
Social Media presence will also have to be addressed for some, and we will be happy to help you set a strategic plan for this as well.
- Checking in
Once our marketing plan has launched we start to periodically check in and assess if any adjustments need to be made. Re-assessment can take place 3-6 months after the chosen online marketing strategies have been set in place. This timeline is dependent on what goals were outlined in the beginning.
It is important to remember that for your business to do well and be established online (and liked by the search engines) takes time, and that your competitors are most likely also working on their online marketing. That is why it is important to keep re-assessing our strategies as we go so we can ensure your business succeeds and meets its goals.
