Ad approval, account eligibility, ad delivery, cost-per-click, impression volume, ad position, and policy enforcement are controlled by the advertising platform. We cannot guarantee that ads will be approved, remain active, appear in specific positions, run continuously, receive a specific number of clicks, or generate a specific number of leads or sales.

Advertising spend is separate from Effortless Marketing’s management fees unless otherwise stated in writing. The client is responsible for all media spend, platform charges, taxes, billing issues, and overages charged directly by advertising platforms.

Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Effortless Marketing works with third-party platforms and tools that may include Google, Meta, Microsoft, WordPress, hosting providers, analytics platforms, email marketing systems, directory platforms, SEO tools, plugins, call tracking software, AI tools, and other technology providers.

These platforms may change their rules, algorithms, pricing, approval processes, features, data access, reporting methods, or availability at any time.

Effortless Marketing is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, disapprovals, ranking fluctuations, tracking errors, lost data, reduced visibility, or performance changes caused by third-party platforms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, pricing, offers, credentials, images, testimonials, claims, approvals, access credentials, and other materials required for the work.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that all information, claims, offers, testimonials, guarantees, credentials, and business details provided to Effortless Marketing are accurate, lawful, and approved for publication.

This includes responsibility for industry-specific requirements, including legal, medical, health, financial, professional, privacy, advertising, and regulatory obligations that may apply to the client’s business.

Delays in providing access, content, feedback, approvals, or required materials may delay timelines, campaign launches, SEO progress, reporting, or project completion.

Website Performance, Leads, and Sales

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside Effortless Marketing’s control, including the client’s website, offer, pricing, reviews, reputation, service area, availability, sales process, response time, phone handling, customer service, market competition, and business operations.

Effortless Marketing is not responsible for lost leads, missed calls, declined inquiries, poor close rates, lack of follow-up, customer service issues, or sales outcomes resulting from client-side processes or business operations.

We may provide recommendations to improve website performance, conversion rates, SEO, advertising, content, or lead quality. If the client chooses not to approve, implement, or maintain recommended changes, results may be limited.

Reporting and Tracking

Effortless Marketing may provide reports using data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, call tracking platforms, SEO tools, advertising platforms, and other third-party systems.

These systems may use different attribution models, tracking methods, time zones, sampling methods, privacy rules, and reporting definitions. As a result, data between platforms may not always match exactly.

Effortless Marketing does not guarantee that all visits, clicks, calls, form submissions, leads, conversions, rankings, or user actions will be tracked perfectly or reported consistently across all platforms.

Changes Made by the Client or Third Parties

Effortless Marketing is not responsible for performance issues, ranking drops, ad disapprovals, tracking errors, website errors, lost data, reduced visibility, or campaign disruption caused by changes made by the client, the client’s staff, another agency, a developer, a hosting provider, a plugin, a software update, or any third party not under Effortless Marketing’s direct control.

This includes changes to websites, landing pages, tracking codes, advertising accounts, analytics accounts, Google Business Profiles, domain settings, hosting, plugins, content, access permissions, or connected platforms.

Fees, Payments, and Invoices

Fees paid to Effortless Marketing are for strategy, setup, management, optimization, creative work, content creation, technical work, reporting, consulting, communication, and time spent performing the agreed services.

Fees are not based on guaranteed rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, return on investment, or advertising outcomes unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

Payment terms, deposits, billing schedules, due dates, late fees, cancellation terms, and refund policies may be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, agreement, or statement of work.

Effortless Marketing may pause work, delay deliverables, withhold final files, or suspend services if invoices are overdue or payment terms are not met.

Cancellations, Paused Work, and Project Delays

If a client chooses to cancel, delay, or pause a project or ongoing service, any work completed up to that point remains billable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project timelines depend on timely communication, approvals, access, content, and payment. If a project is delayed because required information, access, feedback, or approvals are not provided, Effortless Marketing is not responsible for missed launch dates, delayed campaign results, or extended timelines.

If a project becomes inactive for an extended period due to client delays, Effortless Marketing may require updated pricing, revised timelines, or a new agreement before work resumes.

Ownership of Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once full payment has been received, the client owns the final approved website content, graphics, written copy, images created specifically for the client, and other final deliverables produced for the client as part of the agreed project scope.

Effortless Marketing retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, systems, processes, strategy frameworks, training materials, internal documents, code snippets, methods, research processes, and know-how.

Third-party materials such as stock images, fonts, software, plugins, themes, AI tools, and licensed assets may be subject to their own license terms. Ownership or usage rights for those materials may be limited by the third-party provider.

Account Access and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-owned advertising accounts, analytics accounts, websites, Google Business Profiles, domains, hosting accounts, social media accounts, and related business platforms remain the property of the client.

Effortless Marketing may require access to these accounts to perform the agreed services. Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership, billing access, passwords, recovery options, and administrative control of their business accounts.

If services end, Effortless Marketing may remove its access after transition steps are completed and any outstanding invoices are paid.

AI-Assisted Work

Effortless Marketing may use digital tools, automation tools, AI-assisted tools, research tools, design tools, or writing tools as part of our internal workflow.

When AI-assisted tools are used, Effortless Marketing remains responsible for reviewing and refining work before it is delivered to the client. However, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final content, claims, offers, pricing, credentials, and business information before publication.

AI-assisted tools may occasionally produce errors, incomplete information, or wording that requires human review. For this reason, final approval from the client is important before content is published.

Ethical Marketing Practices

Effortless Marketing does not use or support deceptive advertising, fake reviews, misleading claims, spam tactics, cloaking, link schemes, or other practices intended to manipulate platforms in violation of applicable laws, search engine guidelines, advertising policies, directory rules, or ethical marketing standards.

The client agrees not to request or require Effortless Marketing to perform work that violates applicable laws, platform policies, or ethical marketing practices.
